Privacy Policy
How Evergreen Path Alliance collects, uses, shares and protects the information you give us when you request business funding.
Last updated: January 1, 2026On this page
1. Who we are
Evergreen Path Alliance (“Evergreen Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business consulting and advisory firm working with owner-led companies on strategy, operations, finance and growth.
We collect information to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services — not to resell it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
This policy explains what we do with the information you provide through this website, by phone, by email, or by text message.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, business name, role, phone number and email address.
- Enquiry details — the area you want help with and anything you write in the message field.
- Engagement information — if you become a client, the business records you share with us during the work — which may include financial statements, operational data, org charts, contracts and system access. See section 5.
- Communications — records of your calls, emails and text messages with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — browser type, operating system, general location inferred from your IP address, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps.
- Consent records — when you submit our form we log which consent boxes you checked, the phone number provided, and the date and time, as a compliance record.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from referral sources, event registrations, and publicly available business sources such as company websites and business registries. We do not obtain consumer credit reports.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Evaluate your enquiry and prepare it for review by service providers.
- Contact you about your request by phone, email and — only if you agreed to it — text message.
- Present funding options to you, answer your questions, and support you through closing and any later renewal.
- Improve our website and services, and measure how our marketing performs.
- Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.
4. How we share your information
We share your information only in these situations:
- Our team and subcontractors — employees, contractors and specialist subcontractors who need it to perform the work, bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as ours.
- Service providers — vendors who host our site, run our CRM, send our email and text messages, store documents, process payments and provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisors — our own attorneys, accountants and insurers where necessary, subject to professional duties of confidence.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information with someone else, such as your accountant, attorney or a software vendor you have engaged.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will not name you as a client publicly, or use your name, logo or a testimonial in our marketing, without your prior written permission.
Your mobile opt-in and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone except the messaging providers needed to deliver the messages you asked for.
5. Text messages and calls
Text messaging consent is separate from the rest of this form and entirely optional. You are asked to choose Yes or No, and choosing No has no effect on your application, the options you are shown, or the terms you receive. If you choose neither, we treat that as a No.
If you opt in, you may receive customer-care and marketing text messages from Evergreen Path Alliance at the number you provided, including messages sent using an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us. Reply HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent status are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
By submitting the application form you also consent to be contacted at the phone number and email address you provide about your enquiry. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
6. Client confidential information
Information you share with us during an engagement — financial records, operational data, strategy documents and similar business information — is treated as confidential and used only to perform the services. We do not sell it, disclose it to third parties for their own purposes, or use it to benefit another client.
We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request, and typically do so before reviewing sensitive financial or operational records. Where an NDA or a signed services agreement is in place, its confidentiality terms govern any conflict with this policy.
If the records you share contain personal information about your employees, customers or vendors, you remain the controller of that information. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us; we process it on your behalf, only as needed for the engagement, and will return or delete it on request subject to our retention obligations.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal, and there is no common standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to those signals.
8. Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents to us over unsecured channels if you have been offered a secure alternative.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations.
- Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and from text messages by replying STOP.
- State privacy rights. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email gjohnson@evergreenpathalliance.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
